Cancelation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, however in my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and myself, the following policies are honored:

A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or more prior to your appointment, you will be refunded 50% of the total appointment cost. If you fail to give a 24 hour advance notice you will be charged the FULL amount of your appointment cost. In the case of an emergency you will be required to submit proof. Once the proof of emergency has been reviewed and approved you will then be FULLY refunded

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets with zero efferts of contact or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason/s will be considered a “no-show.” You will then therefore be charged the FULL cost  of your “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or cancled entirely in order to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment/service. Regardless of the length of the treatment/service actually given, you will still be responsible for the FULL cost of the booked appointment. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, PLEASE plan accordingly and be on time.

Rescheduling

ALL services require a minimum of 48 hours advance booking (NO WALK-INS accepted) and full payment is required up front (before appointment date). If an appointment is canceled within the required 24 hours as stated above, then your deposit/payment can either be applied towards the rescheduled date or partially refunded (whichever is preferred). If you choose to reschedule you may do so at no cost only one time per appointment and in doing so you will forfeit your refund for that appointment.

Payments

FULL payments are always required at the time of booking via Cash in person or via PayPal online (temple.glow.life@gmail.com). Keep in mind that because online payments may sometimes take approximately 24 to 48 hours to clear, your appointment must be booked at minimum 3 days in advance when choosing to pay online. I currently DO NOT accept any checks, money orders, credit cards, or insurances. I accept electronic payments via the online option mentioned above and CASH in person only.

 

 

Please keep in mind that this is a private practice/professional establishment and not a public community center or medical practice. Therefore be sure to review all of the rules/regulations & policies and please be mindful of how you conduct yourself when interacting either with myself or anyone else that's servicing you on my behalf; whether it be via electronic communication of any form or in person. I also ask that you kindly respect fellow clients and other active businesses within the establishment during your appointments.
